 The Peyia Paradise Management Committee ("the committee"), which acts on behalf of property owners ("the owners") of Peyia Paradise, Pegeia, in the District of Paphos, Cyprus ("the site"), as defined in the Peyia Paradise Management Committee Regulations ("the regulations"). 

Data may be collected from:

• property owners
• representatives of suppliers or potential suppliers of services to the site
• other individuals who have contacted us via phone, email, website or letter
• website visitors

Personal data collected may include:

• Name, address, email address, mobile and home phone numbers, bank account details, website cookies.

 Data may be shared with committee members, other owners (by specific consent only), professional advisors and legal authorities. 

 Contractual fulfilment:

• To fulfil the committee's responsibilities, as specified in the regulations, including collection of owner fees.
• To initiate and complete commercial transactions with you, or the entity that you represent, for the purchase of products and/or services.

Consent:

• To provide you with information that you have requested or that we think may be relevant to a subject in which you have demonstrated an interest.
• To manage any communication between you and us.

 Statutory obligation:

• To share data as required for accounting and tax purposes or legal disclosure to relevant authority

 Data will be stored for no longer than 8 years after collection, or the performance of any relevant transaction. 

Right of access - You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you free of charge.
Right to rectification - When you believe we hold inaccurate or incomplete personal information about you, you may exercise your right to correct or complete this data. This may be used with the right to restrict processing to make sure that incorrect/incomplete information is not processed until it is corrected.
Right to erasure (the ‘right to be forgotten’) - Where no overriding legal basis or legitimate reason continues to exist for processing personal data, you may request that we delete the personal data. This includes personal data that may have been unlawfully processed. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure erasure.
Right to restrict processing - You may ask us to stop processing your personal data. We will still hold the data, but will not process it any further.
