We hope you have a pleasant stay at Peyia Paradise. Please respect other guests and owners on the site by following the site regulations:

• Do not put toilet paper, wet wipes, sanitary towels or any other objects in the toilet to avoid blockages
• Always shower before entering the pool to prevent discolouration of the pool lining
• Pool hours are 7am to sundown. Be aware the pool is not currently supervised.
• You must not use the property for any illegal or immoral purpose
• Do not disturb others with excessive noise, loud music etc, particularly at night
• Do not hang washing etc from the balconies or anywhere visible from the outside
• Do not use sunbeds belonging to other owners without permission

Owners are required to:

• allow committee members access with reasonable notice for inspection or maintenance
• keep the property in good repair
• ensure any tenants or visitors are aware of and comply with the regulations
• pay promptly all fees due to the committee
• immediately notify the committee of any change of ownership

For urgent assistance on site please call +357 97 945907. Please only call this number during the hours of 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Only to be contacted outside of these hours in an extreme emergency, e.g. fire, flood, earthquake etc. 

 The following additional temporary regulations are in place to ensure compliance with Cyprus Government regulation on preventing the spread of COVID-19 infections.

• Social distancing guidelines of 2 metre separation must be strictly adhered to in all public areas (pool and surrounding areas). We will provide markers on the poolside.
• A maximum of 8 swimmers are allowed in the pool at one time (one per 5m2)
• Bathers MUST shower and disinfect their hands before entering the pool area. Hand sanitiser will be provided at the entrances
• Communal sunbeds and umbrellas will not be available until further notice
• Owners may use their own sunbeds, but they MUST be cleaned and removed from the poolside when you have finished each sunbathing session and at the end of each day.
• Sunbeds must not be left unoccupied to prevent the risk of COVID cross-infection and ensure compliance with Cyprus government regulations
• Sunbeds must be placed with 2 metre separation.
• We will designate an area for stacking private sunbeds when not in use
• Communal toilets and showers will be closed until further notice.
• Owners who rent their properties must ensure they are cleaned in line with the guidance
• Owners are required to record details of all tenants, guests and visitors on the website here to allow contact tracing in the event of an infection on the site
• Owners are responsible for informing their tenants of these rules

 In case of a suspected case on the complex, remain calm and immediately contact the Ambulance Service call centre at 1420 (24h service) and provide the following information:

1. Patient’s Name
2. Country of origin
3. Passport number
4. Date of arrival
5. Patient’s symptoms
6. Apartment number and Peyia Paradise address

Also please inform the management committee on peyiaparadisecy@yahoo.com with the same information. The patient MUST stay in their room with the door closed until the medical team arrives.
